[Ansteorra-archery] Youth Archery Division First Tassle is given

> Today, after the Middleford Archery Practice, the first IAAC Youth Division tassel was presented.  The recipient was David of Emerald Keep.  He currently has a 28 average, all of which are away scores.  He is now sporting a black tassel with a purple knot.

UNFORTUNATELY MY YOUTH DIV PEOPLE ARE STILL ABSENT DUE TO HEALTH MATTERS  . 

BUT YOUNG COLTUN CUMBERLAND DID RAISE HIS ROYAL ROUND HIGH SCORE TO A 34 AND RAISED HIS IKAC HIGH SCORE TO A 74
