[Ansteorra-archery] Loch Soilleir Baronial Archery Tourney

Greetings good gentles,
I, Lord Leofwine of Sumersaetum, will be conducting the archery tourney for
Loch Soilleir at the Guardian of the Gauntlet on May 20th.  Come to test
your skills against those of your fellow archers.  The tourney will be held
at the Camp Camwood site near Hempstead, TX.  Many of you have been to the
site before and know that this site has plenty of room to enjoy a full day
of archery competition.  I will be at the site on Friday and will open the
range early so that archers will have plenty of time to warm up before the
competition.  For those needing away scores, royal rounds will be available.

The tourney will begin with 3 qualifying rounds.  One will be the ever
popular CLOUT shoot.  The others will be various targets.  Archers will
never have to shoot at the same target twice, and there will be NO FITA
targets!!  The top archers will move on to the final competition where I
have saved the best for last.  There will be prizes for the winners of each
of the 3 qualifying rounds.  The final prize is an ice chest enclosed by a
wooden chest.  These chests are created by Madog and have woodburned designs
etched into them.

My Arcus, Eadric, has gratefully offered me his support on this tournament
and I will try my best to live up to the quality of tournaments that Gates
Edge has had in the past.  It is the spirit of competition that makes these
tournaments enjoyable.  Please join me to make this an event to remember.
