Friends and fellow archers,
  I'm glad everyone had a good time, and I feel kind of bad for those that 
couldn't make it. What an apt and enthusiastic group of bowyers we had!  I was 
pleased beyond measure to see how quickly folks grasped the skills and gained 
the confidence they needed to start making bows, and indeed, some very nice 
bows got made.

  My sincere thanks to everyone who participated, many of whom drove a long 
way to get here. Whether from near or far, you couldn't have found a finer 
bunch of folks. Special thanks to Arcus Gilli and his lady Darcy for so graciously 
hosting our bowmaking get together, and for providing us the best feast I 
believe I've ever had, anywhere, anytime.

  To all the folks that made bows, I'm sure all of us would be interested to 
hear how they shoot for you. And, should you run into a problem, or come up 
with a question, I'm ever at your service.
