I would assume this would include having and using such devices as rangefinders even if not mounted on a bow?  Such will be the case for the Bowmans and Period Archery tourneys.

We have allowed 'mod bods' in the past and will allow them this year, as 
well, subject to inspection, of course.

A reminder to all archers. No modern range finders, sights, etc are 
permitted on bows. That includes peep sights, kisser buttons, etc. Please 
check the Anstorran Archery webpage for allowable devices. This includes all 
divisions including children's. I would truly hate to have someone 
disqualified for having an illegal device on a bow.
