[Ansteorra-archery] Bryn Gwlad Archery Practice Canceled - Rain

Considering the fact that it's raining steadily right now, with no 
forecast of it clearing today, I am calling off today's Sunday Archery 
Practice in Bryn Gwlad.

Stay home, make arrows, and be glad that this will reduce the fire 
danger in the region.
