Yeap, that's what the rules say.  To be a marshal, you must have a current 
membership.

And since I can't be a archery marshal, I didn't renew my membership.  Darcy 
didn't renew hers either so she also is no longer a marshal.

Perhaps I'll renew later, perhaps not.
