Good Morning,

 

  For those of you not in attendance at Bordermarch Autumn Melees this
weekend, the site selection for the Royal Huntsman Tournament was announced
in court Saturday evening. The next Royal Huntsman will be selected at
Jagermeister in the Shire of Ffynnon Gath on the third weekend of February.

 

  All archers planning to attend should expect a challenging day in this
head-to-head target archery competition. While the exact details are not
worked out, there are typically period rounds, timed rounds, animal targets,
and a combat target round - ammo must match armor and no loaner equipment
will be provided. His Highness has also asked for a specific challenge - a
mobile target - for which the safety and logistics details are still being
worked out.

 

  I encourage everyone to hone your skills, spruce up your gear, and to
shoot your best in hopes of being the next Royal Huntsman.
