All I did was answer a question. I didn't say I condoned doing anything about it, but, HL Ironwyrm, I will say that when it was your own student, i.e. Alvin, you were in the forefront of coming up with some sort of penance, and I believe that the tutu was made and given with not only your knowledge, but your participation. I do think, however, that any sort of 'discipline' should be left to Leofwyne's Arc d' Or, the same as a knight may discipline his squire who has misplaced his belt, or done something that needs correcting. I am really not thrilled with this sudden upsurgence of ransoming every little thing. I would be glad to offer a drink or my heartfelt thanks to whomever would find something of mine, but recently I was notified that something my lord and I left behind at an event would be ransomed to us. Now whether this was in jest or not, I wonder how many other items that were turned into the autocrat of the event (as i have been told our table was) have been held for ransom, or if it was just my lord and i who were singled out. As it is, in our current financial predicament, we aren't buying much of the line of 'adult beverages' for ourselves , let alone for someone who has something that is ours. It would seem to me that the honor that we value so much, would demand that a lost or misplaced item should be returned to its rightful owner as soon as possible with no expectation of reward. If the owner of the returned item chooses to reward the person who returns it, so much the better, but it should not be demanded or expected. Lyneya de Grey
