[Ansteorra-archery] Slight reorganization

Greetings,

Beginning with this quarter, the Regional Missile Marshals will revert back
to Regional Archery Marshals. Thrown Weapons and Siege Marshals will for the
time being report directly to me. I am in the process of selecting Deputies
that will be in the reporting role that Regional in archery are, but they
will be responsible for the whole Kingdom. When these Deputies have been
selected I will make the announcement.

Also I would like to remind all Marshals that whether you activily
marshalled any activity you are authorized for, you are required to report.
Even if it is to say nothing happened. This lets us know who is activily
marshalling. Also as of now if you are on my mashallete roster and you fail
to report for two quarters your authorization will be revoked. I will expect
my Regionals to enforce this policy. Also I would like to remind people, we
are officers of the Society, and as such, memberships are required to keep
your marshalling authorizations. If you have any questions please feel free
