[Ansteorra-archery] royal round problems?

Another problem that I'm still encountering is when I try and see what 
events have scores turned in.  I get the following error:
Can't open file 
"/home/vs_marshal/marshal.ansteorra.org/archery/formdata/eventdata.csv" 
- Permission denied at csv2html.cgi line 102.
