[Ansteorra-archery] Namron archery road trip

We are planning a pot luck for those attending. I am doing a brisket, but don't know what anyone else is bringing. We will be discussing that tonight at our populus meeting. As far as the mister, the range is between 75 and 100 yards from the nearest water spigot. I have 100 feet of hose available, but another 150 to 200 feet of hose would be needed to get the water there. I am setting up one shade pavilion, but another canopy wouldn't hurt, the more shade to get under the better.

After this last weekends practice and the heat I am wondering if I should
bring out the mister and the canopy to help people cool off. Is this ok and
is there a water faucet close to where the practice field is? Do I need to
bring along some water hoses?

And we are planning on bringing along some food stuff like snacks and fruit
for people to have while out there. As well as a couple of coolers for
drinks. Should we plan on a cook out like we had at the Namron gathering?
