[Ansteorra-archery] Combat Archery - New Society Marshallate Ruling

You can buy sheets of the thicker 6mm or 7mm craft foam at places like 
JoAnns, Michaels, Hobby Lobby, and sometimes Wal Mart.  Those should 
only require one layer for those wishing to go that route.

Everybody probably needs to look at their ammo and the way they work to 
determine if two layers or a single layer works best for them.

For those of you who are CA marshals and have prepared yourself to 
inspect at Gulf War this is basically adding the side wrap that is 
required on Fellwalker type heavy UHMW bolts.  You should know what to do.
