[Ansteorra-archery] Combat Crossbow info questions

I have ordered steel prods from Alchem.  They look good and seem to perform well.
alchem at en.com  I ordered them awhile back and have only recently had the time to try them.

Greetings all, can anyone tell me the best sources to get combat crossbow prods? The different types of prods, steel, aluminum and fiberglass…..and any sites that have a good build along?
