[Ansteorra-archery] Newest Attack on CA?

There was NO REPORT. No marshal reported it. No at large or local
marshals reported. No MiC report, no Kingdom Report, no reports period.
It is complete hearsay, completely unconfirmed, there was zero fact
gathering. Nobody every examined the alleged arrow. It was not kept
for any investigation at all.
Lucan squires told Lucan about it when it happened. Neither of them
reported anything. Of course they are marshals and the marshals
handbook says that any at large marshals that witnesses an event in
combat or that is combat related should report it... But nothing...
I would say that it is less than anecdotal. It is completely
unverified. Calling it hearsay is probably generous.
Regards,
