[Ansteorra-archery] CA Authorizations

Alden Drake (alden_drake at sbcglobal.net) said something that sounded like:

At one point it was clearly stated in one of the revisions that all
authorized combatants could use thrown weapons with the restrictions on
hand protection and the like. I've not read the Society rules since we
did the major revamp to see if it is clear.
