Got it!  He already knows about the one this Sunday, but said he couldn't
make it.  So one less archer, but one more lefty S&B for the war!  I tried
fighting as a lefty last night and for some reason I have bruises all up and
down the left side of my torso:).

Unless he can make one of the melee practices going on in the Southern
Region right now, he is probably SOL. I *think* there is one in Ffynnon
Gath this Sunday.

No Authorizations for War can happen at War. You can observe him and
what not and then authorize him, but it is not valid until after war.
