[Ansteorra-archery] CA Authorizations

These things don't always need to be necessarily written down as long as 
WE make sure that all the authorizing marshals are on the same page.  
The Society and Kingdom rules pretty well cover it.  Its our job to 
read, understand and follow them.  As long as we do that we should be 
ok.  As you can see from the discussion most of more experienced 
marshals are pretty much on the same page.  But like Eadric said, time, 
circumstances and conditions are going to cause some variance in how the 
authorization is done.  Follow the rules, do your authorizations and 
when in doubt ask someone.  Questions are free and so are the answers.
