[Ansteorra-archery] Royal Rounds and IKAC

The IKAC is the Inter Kingdom Archery Competition held every year from Feb.
1 through Dec 31.  If you go to this page
http://marshal.ansteorra.org/archery/ and go to the links and look for IKAC
it will explain the rules.

The FITA (International Archery Federation) target we use is what most
people recognize as a archery target, a 60cm round multicolored target with
colored rings going from gold in the middle to white on the outside.
