[Ansteorra-archery] Bryn Gwlad archery practice uncertain today

It's raining today in Bryn Gwlad, and looks like we may be having rain  
showers on and off all day. If it is still raining in Austin at 1PM,  
we will not have an archery practice today. But if the weather clears  
up and we have no indications of further rain pending by that time,  
then I'll go ahead and set up, even though the range will be wet.

I'll try to post a more definite announcement by 1 PM today, or  
earlier if I decide for sure to cancel practice today.
