Arden, you are getting good advice here.  The only change I would make 
to what Lyneya has said is too drop Ansteorran War Heads - June 2001 - 
A.S. XXXVI <http://marshal.ansteorra.org/archery/files/aob2001/awq.pdf>- 
Gilbert Ost Westley.  These heads were designed for wooden shafted 
combat arrows and are not legal in the Society anymore.  Might I 
suggest  http://marshal.ansteorra.org/archery/files/aob2003/uhmw.pdf  
Which with the exception of the outside wrap around the head bringing it 
up to the 1.5" diameter 
(http://sca.org/officers/marshal/combat/c_archery/) now required is 
fairly up to date.  These types of arrows/bolts are now what are used 
for the IKCAC in this kingdom and also Combat Archery.
