[Ansteorra-archery] on the use of archers

I have always felt that I have had a successful battle if I kill one fighter before I die. If I get more that is just extra special. Have never seen volley fire used effetely. I don't mind shooting into a group but don't figure that it will result in a shot being called, but it is not a waste of an arrow if it makes them look up or over up.
