[Ansteorra-archery] Gulf Wars Conventions

This just came through from His Majesty on CommandNet:

Combat archery is clear the bow, archers may yield or must be struck as 
any armored fighter, helms are proof against spears and arrows.
 
Combat Archers will only be allowed to carry 15 arrows at a time into 
combat in the Ravine Battle. After the 15 arrows/bolts have been fired 
they must go back to the Rez Point to restock.
