[Ansteorra-archery] [Mm] How to increase TA, TW, and CA

Bjornsborg is having an archery-centric event the last weekend in February
that will definitely be spectator-friendly.  We're going to have novelty
target archery shoots as well as novelty CA shoots!  There will also be
actual CA melee scenarios (where we will be authorizing qualified
archers!!!!!!!!!!).  Come join us for "A Day in Sherwood."

For a CA spectator event, why not try the event tht An Tir uses to select
their 'Royal Protector'. At least I believe that is the title. Two 10 foot
squares, 30 yards apart. A dozen pieces of ammo. You get the idea. It was
used at Squires, Cadets and Arcarius and I have done it since. It's fun.
