Above is the link to the Gulf War rules as per the Marshal in Charge.
A few items to be certain of.

10' firing rule is still in effect.

Poundage maximums are
fiberglass (including felwalker bolts) 75# and or 600 In Pounds crossbows
         30#@28" bows

Siloflex 50#@28" bows and 800 In Pound (90# mAx)
