[Ansteorra-archery] [Mm] Gulf Wars Combat Archery

His Majesty had said on CommandNet that the Principles had agreed to go 
'clear the bow' this year.  When I saw the 10' rule on the GulfWars 
website, I pointed it out to His Majesty and he said that he would see 
about getting it changed on the website.  I'm not sure who's decision 
this actually is, but are we sure that everyone is getting the same 
information?
