I posted this question to the Allied Crowns list and the only comment

was from HRM Thorstenn who agrees that it should be "Clear the Bow".

So, I've made the executive decision that it will be to Society standard

and engagement will be "Clear the Bow", I've suggested an errata sheet

be placed with the GW Handbook and all marshals made aware of this.

 

So now I'm waiting to see if anyone complains.
