You will find the rules and requirements under manuals and reference. If you still have questions, you can contact the Kingdom Missle Marshal, HE Michel or the Regional Missile Marshal for your group. If you post your group, we can help you find someone close to you that will be able to contact you directly. 

 

There are some links that will also put you in touch with crossbow makers, although I know of several that are not listed.

  There are some people in my shire that are showing interest in combat archery using crossbows.  Is there any information anywhere that would give them a better idea about it, and how to find crossbows and equipment if they want to pursue it further?
