[Ansteorra-archery] Definition of Royal Huntsman

M'Lord,

You are absolutely right, it is a privilege not a right and it does
carry with it certain obligations. Also, I do not believe that anyone is
saying or meaning to imply that the Crown is in any way restricted in
what they are allowed to require, change, insist on, or request.

The archery community has evolved and grown and there are several groups
of archers within this fine community.

The question here is what is the Definition of the Royal Huntsman
position (with the understanding that just as in job description, the
last line is ALWAYS "and other duties as may be assigned").

From the posts so far, it appears that there are some that feel that CA
should be a part of it and some feel that CA should not be a part of it.
There does not appear to be a consensus of thought that would be
something that could be presented to the Crown for their consideration
and review.
