[Ansteorra-archery] New Kingdom Archery Marshal

Greetings!

I know that not everyone is aware yet, so here is the announcement.  This
past weekend I was selected as the new Kingdom Archery Marshal.  Here is a
little bit about me.

I've been in the SCA for 22 years and have been a knight for 10 of those
years.  I've been an authorized (in this kingdom...thanks Eadric and
Ironwyrm!!) combat archer for the past 5 years and an archery
marshal-at-large for the past 2 years.  I am also an authorizing marshal for
CA.

My experience with target archery is much less than with CA.  I also have
much learning to do in the thrown weapons and siege areas of missile
activity.  To that end, I am going to rely heavily on the expertise already
out there and will be looking for kingdom-level deputies in at least TA, TW
and siege.

Those of you who know me are already aware (I hope) that I am a huge fan of
combat archery, and I hope that as a knight I can be a pretty effective
advocate both in and out of kingdom.
