[Ansteorra-archery] Combat bolts

Don't forget Marklands of all variations.  They were made for wooden 
shafts only.  Wood shafts have been banned from use for a few years now.

John, I am sure if you gave myself, Pat or Engenulf a yell we could help 
you.  I would have added Eadric to the list but he has been quite busy 
of late.
