[Ansteorra-archery] Officer status of Target Archery Marshals in Ansteorra

Good point. I like to have as many marshals as possible and rotate running
the range between them so that they all stay current and confident. Many
times as the Baronial Archery Marshal I would turn to one of the other
marshals and ask them to run the range while I work with new people. This
allows me to focus more on them and help them more.

We also have 3 people training to become marshals so I try to make sure
that every week they take some time running the line and discuss safety,
range setup, and things to watch for.
