**I apologize for the lack of titles; I'm trying to be efficient....
 
I have heard from Keleman, Faolan, Cian, Samuel (who has been volunteered to help), and JP.  I'm hoping others will be there to help. 
 
Cian is working as the Arc d'Or representative.  If the Order is willing to run some sort of tournament in the afternoon, that would be great.  Please let me know what you need and I will try to get stuff for you.
 
JP has graciously agreed to organize knife/ax/spear.  I can't remember who volunteered to head that up.  If you are able to help in this area, please let JP know.
 
I think we also have to man the children's area.  I still haven't heard from the coordinator.  I would be willing to take that if no one else wants it.
 
As I mentioned in a previous email, I would like to have little mini-tournies (like Calontir) that run all day.  I can sponsor 2 or so and offer up some simple, not so terribly expensive prizes.  Or we could just do one big, huge tournie at the end of the day.  I'm open to suggestions.
 
Thank you to those that have offered their help.  Thank you to those that are going to walk up and say "Hey, you need any help today?"   Our day at the range is Tuesday.
