[Ansteorra-archery] Royal Huntsman - Special Tourney Rules***

Tube ammo and hvy crossbow is banned in Rapier CA but I dont know of any Ansteorran archers who use those, thats a Calontiri thing.  You cant use Baldars in Rapier CA but UHMW's are allowed.
