[Ansteorra-archery] Archery Marshals-At-Large No Longer Required to Report

Does this only apply to Target Archery Marshals? I thought that we were 
going to eliminate it for all Missile Marshals, meaning Combat Archery, 
Thrown Weapons, Siege Engines, and Target Archery Marshals.

Other than as required for MIC for an activity or branch as you stated.
