Of course this happens right after I became my barony's TA marshal. Go figure!

Just in case this word did not get out before, it was decided and approved
at King's Round Table that quarterly reporting from archery
marshals-at-large is no longer required.  I don't think it has made it into
any printed kingdom law just yet, but this quarter let's put it into
practice.  



The only required reports are from marshals who served as marshal-in-charge
for archery activity at any event, or from marshals who fill a branch office
(baronial archery marshal for instance).  Regional marshals will, of course,
still report quarterly.



Sorry for any confusion on this point.
