[Ansteorra-archery] Royal Rounds at Events

Having an extra water bearing area mean more volunteers and some groups may not be able to spare the extra hands. Recently at Eldern we put out water bearer between the list fed and archery field so that everyone was taken care of. So instead of our OWN, maybe we find a way to share
