[Ansteorra-archery] Royal Rounds at Events

We need a PR program each event. Banners, Heralds, our own watering
station. More people wearing tassels, carrying bows and arrows, having
classes during waiting periods, etc. Maybe even our own food area? We
want to create a place where people are
going to want to be at, food, shade, water, fun!
