[Ansteorra-archery] Children's Archery

I may be getting ready to step in it, but I know several baronies that have had a youth program for many years. Admittedly there are rather few participants and I agree we can do  more to recruit the children. On the other hand we have quite a few wee folk participate in archery at the events I frequent. I think local marshals are doing a pretty good job though and I would like to give them props for all they are doing to bring in new blood.
