[Ansteorra-archery] On the Arc D'Or and Arcarius relationship

I have three questions for the Arc D'Ors and I'm using "arcarii" as the pluralization of "arcarius" for now. 1: What are your expectations of arcarii in general? 2: What are your expectations of your own arcarii? 3: Finally, what do you feel are your duties to your arcarii and the arcarii of other Arc D'Ors?
