RRs can only be held at regularly scheduled practices and events. Any
authorized marshal can run the range and submit the scores to the RR
system. If you are an authorized marshal and you want to be able to run a
RR and submit the scores just contact the Keeper of the Royal Rounds:
royalrounds at marshal.ansteorra.org

They will then be able to set you up with a login. You will be able to
submit scores and then either the RR Keeper, the Emergency Relief Deputy,
one of the Regional deputies, or myself will approve the scores. Once they
are approved the system updates at 2am every day and then you will see the
new scores posted.
