[Ansteorra-archery] Marshal Sash Idea

I wear my quiver to the right side. It sounds great though. Are you
thinking that we get a bunch of them and every marshal keeps their own and
just brings it with them or that a bunch are made and sent to every group
and then they hand out the ones that are going to be used at the even and
then collect them back up?
