[Ansteorra-archery] Marshal Sash Idea

I think there are some positives with this idea.  I do like the
incorporating in of the Marshal colors with the rest of the activities that
take place, it could act as a tying in device.  You are always going to
have new comers question who is who so you will never get rid of that, but
once someone has been to the range once they are more than likely to
remember who the person in charge is.   As with any idea there will be
downsides and unintended consequences that will arise, we just deal with
that as it goes and see if it's worth the effort to continue or not.
