[Ansteorra-archery] Marshal Sash Idea

As an ex-Herald, Or charged with an arrowhead sable would be the
preferred design. The Gold will stand out more, as will the black
arrowhead. Look at the Ansteorran Mullet of 5 greater and 5 lessor
points, black on gold is the way to go. My 3 cents worth.
