[Ansteorra-archery] Quarterly Report Reminder

[Southern Missile Marshal]

Reminder that quarterly reports are due this Saturday, November 30th. This
applies to branch marshals (even if your branch has had no activity) and
anyone else who has something to report- if you are an authorizing marshal
and authorized someone, you must report.

Now back to our regularly scheduled Thanksgiving gorging.
