[Ansteorra-archery] Marshals Needed!!

Hi, JP.  Sorry, as a resident of the south and haven't tried my hands at
throwing things. It's probably better that I don't apply for these 2
positions. However, I am writing to check on the status of making me an
authorizing Target archery marshal. What do you need from me (besides my
overdue quarterly report)?
