like they used to pack motorcycles in ) ( or like they use to float docks)

styrofoam and fill the middle with dirt.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=5>if you bury the bottom 6" or so of styrofoam it
should stay put .</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=5>after the dirt settles,( add water ) you
should be able to remove / replace damaged sections without the dirt falling out
