<DIV>     I would like to know who can authorize me to do combat archery before Gulf Wars. I live in Temple, but I'm willing to travel. I tried to do so last Sunday in Round Rock with the Archery Marshal , but he can't no longer authorize people to do that. I was not able to make it to Coastal Invasion, so I'm short in time. I've tried to contact the Kingdom Marshal, but have not been able to communicate yet. You are my last resort.</DIV>
