WalMart and various craft stores have 2mm thick self adhesive foam
sheets that can be used for the side wraps.  Depending on the rest of
your materials you may need one or two layers.  Its EVA foam and should
hold up well.<br>

The WalMart stores around here carry two brands and sizes.<br>

Sticky Back Sheets</a> that comes in a pack of 40 sheets sized 5.9" X
8.85" and costs $4.74 a pack.<br>

Foam brand of Foam Sheets</a> that comes in a pack of 20 sheets sized
