I am not sure how picky they are, but when I was active, if you wanted some of the special stuff, you had to prove you deserved it. Unless you know any officers in the special forces, most Joe's wont be able to buy it in a PX. <BR>

And to tell the truth, why not find an artist who can make stuff like that? Its kinda disrespectful to have those things if you havent earned them.<BR>
