Well I would start with reading this.

Read the Academy of the Bow proceedings. Some things may have change
or been updated since these were posted but they are very good
information in all. I would also suggest talking to your group
seneschal, see why they don't have a current archery marshal and what
some of the past problems were.<br>

considering getting back into archery
(something that I have enjoyed for years, but no longer have
equipment), and
recently was able to use loaner gear and shoot at the Grand Assembly of

is considered Rosenfeld, and
there is no official archery there.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

three locations to practice,
but they are 30, 40, and 60 minutes away. (two archery stores and some
type of

style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial; color: navy;">I have
glanced at the <st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Marshall</st1:place></st1:City>’s
handbook, but can not find
any specifics for setting up a target range and safety.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

would love to find a closer
location to set up, and even benefit more SCA people, or even in
conjunction
